Drink Suggestion

The View Signature Drink - Raspberry Caipirinha- A delicious, elegant, and refreshing drink for all occassions!
Muddle 2 large / 3 small lime wedges and
6 fresh raspberries
Add ice, 2oz of Cachaca, 1oz of simple syrup
Shake vigorously
Pour into H2O glass
Garnish with 3 fresh raspberries on a pick and mint

Jumbo Lump Crab Cake’s
1lb.- Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
1\4cup- Dijon Mustard
1\2 cup- Mayonnaise
1- Eggs-whole
1.5 cups- Ritz cracker- crushed
1\8 cup- Red Onion- diced
1\8 cup-Red Pepper- diced
1\8 cup-Cilantro-chopped
1 cup- Japanese Bread crumbs
Mix mustard, mayonnaise, cilantro, eggs, onions, peppers. Lightly fold in Jumbo Lump Crabmeat and Ritz crackers. Form into 4- 4oz. crab cakes and roll in Japanese bread crumbs. Refrigerate.
Key Lime Mustard Ailoi
1\8 cup- mayonnaise
1\8 jar- Dijon mustard
1\8 cup- kiwi lime sauce
1\8 cup- key lime juice
Mix all ingredients place in squeeze bottle and refrigerate
Place on baking pan and spray crab cakes with pan spray and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Place on plate and top with key lime mustard aioli
Top with julienne blanched snow pea pods
